What are you going to do?
As a Sales Representative and Product Developer you are responsible for the sales at subsidiary level with a group of sometimes complex customers around Morocco in your allocated crops though with initial focus on Marrakech and the north area and assisting in another region. You are undertaking activities to develop and expand the market share and customer relationship opportunities. You will be responsible for the budget, forecasting and target pricing to all customers and crops of responsibility.
You will develop customer plans to ensure implementation and execution in-line with the business STP. You will develop and nurture business relationships with customers to promote brand awareness and secure sales and trials data. You will remain up to date on the Enza Zaden products in your crop areas and give reliable technical advice to customers on our varieties for successful commercial cropping and new variety trialing.
You are responsible for organizing the planning, sowing, or planting of trials within your allocated crops. You will identify new promising varieties from within your screenings and have an active role in communicating about suitability of new material helping decide upon a variety’s commercial advancement to our sales assortment.
You will collect market and customer data, monitoring your crops trends in the marketplace while also maintaining awareness of competitor activities identifying and reporting opportunity or potential risk to the Subsidiary Sales Manager, your crop group, and Product Manager where relevant.
Your power
You have a bachelor’s degree in an agricultural direction or have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the world of crop farming and / or seeds. You have a good sense of creating relationships both with customers and within your own business for collaboration, are passionate about creating, maintaining, and building on customer relationships with a strong personal drive and ability to self-motivate.
You have strong commercial and analytical skills with a strong connection and insight into the marketplace.
You will actively participate in making reasoned material choices, proposing additions to our sales assortment. Your communication skills are excellent at all levels, and you can work well together with your colleagues from all disciplines and departments within Enza Zaden. You are open to travel for work both in Morocco and abroad as required.

- Are self-motivated with the ability to work in isolation and within a team
